Captain Ice operates a distribution fleet of more than 40-unit ice truck that deliver 7 days a week within Klang Valley area. With an efficient distribution and delivery network, Captain Ice is available to individual customers and ice distributors. We commit to our delivery service within 48 hours for the 2.5kg Small-Pack Ice and customised OEM products. However, for another standard packing ad-hoc ice product orders, we commit to our delivery service within 3 hours.
Our Process
Ice manufacturing starts with the advanced filtration of incoming raw water from Air Selangor to remove dirt particles and finally disinfect by ultra-violet sterilization. Treated water flows through tube ice-making equipment and the finished product is hygienic, crystal-clear tube ice and packed in plastic bags. For the crush and compacted block ice will undergo further process to obtain the products that cater for customer needs.
